The richest data, the play-by-play, sits behind paywalls in tools like GameChanger and Perfect Game, and most evaluators never turn it into a story.

The Approach

Two Out Barrels builds AI-driven scouting from play-by-play data — GameChanger, DiamondKast, or even an old-fashioned scorebook. We surface tendencies, situational performance, two-strike approach, and an honest projection. Then we add context across every available public source so a single number becomes a complete picture.

The measurables tell you what a player can do once. We tell you what they do all the time.

Where It's Going

Today the reports are hand-built — careful, methodical, and accurate. The goal is a repeatable, agent-driven pipeline that scales the methodology to players, teams, regions, and age groups: from travel organizations and high school programs all the way to the services that shape recruiting and the draft.
